The Best Bath Products for Toddlers

Best-Bath-Toys.jpg

I cover bath products quite a bit here on Rockin' Mommies. Maybe because bath time is so much a part of our nightly routine, and I like to switch things up a bit to keep it fun! Giving our newborn and toddler a bath every other night, seems to be the right balance for us. It keeps them clean, without overdoing it and drying their skin out!

Here are some great products that I use that make our toddler's bath time safe and fun!

Munchkin Dandy Dots Bath Mat

This bath mat is cuter than most and sits in place nicely. The candy-colored, textured surface keeps your little one from slipping or sliding, while the skid-resistant suction cups keep the mat securely in place as your little one splishes and splashes. $13

Skip Hop Moby Bath Spout Cover

The Moby bath spout cover brightens up the bath while keeping our toddler's head safe from bumps. The sleek designs include an adjustable strap that fits snugly on most tub spouts, and a tail that's also a handy hook, so I can hang her washcloth or shower sponge to dry. $13

TotLogic 2 in 1 Wash & Shampoo

TotLogic 2 in 1 Wash & Shampoo for kids is a light, refreshing, and gentle formulation made with naturally derived foaming agents and botanicals. It lathers up really well and does not leave any residue on my toddler's hair which is a nice change! It has natural ingredients and is eco-friendly to boot! All of TotLogic's products are phthalate, sulfate, DEA, PEG, and paraben free, and do not contain artificial colors or fragrances. And that's just the way I like it! $14

Munchkin Shampoo Rinser

Easily the best rinser out there! It is highly flexible and bends when you put it against your toddler's forehead to rinse. Added bonus, she loves playing with it after, using it as a cup to pour water over all of her toys! $4.99

Boon Odd Ducks 4 Pack

You can't go wrong with the classic bath toy - the rubber ducky! But these guys are anything but classic with their odd shapes and colors! Odd Ducks are PVC-free, unlike those other mucky ducks. And ours do not hold water, so they won't grow that black mold that kids always try to suck out. $25

Munchkin Bath Letters and Numbers

Make your child's bath time both fun and educational with foam Munchkin Bath Letters and Numbers. Hands down, this is how my toddler learned her ABC's and numbers. I didn't drill her over and over with that intention either, it just happened organically. She loves sticking the letters to the wall and I would arrange them in the right order while she announces which number or letter it is. We've had countless hours of fun with these and it hasn't gotten old, because now we can build short words since she has mastered the letters!

They're designed to be used in the water. When wet, they'll stick to the walls of the tub, allowing your child to spell out words and work with numbers. The package includes all 26 letters and 10 numbers from zero to nine. F-U-N! $6

Soap Sox Terry Cloth Bath Sponge

A soft and cuddly animal friend makes bath time fun...and helps get little ones clean, too. Built-in finger pockets allow for secure scrubbing, while a clever opening for liquid or bar soap makes sudsing up all the easier. $15

Munchkin Bath Toy Scoop

I have bought several different bath toy holders and eventually have thrown them all out since they stop sticking to the wall, but this one has held out and works like a charm. What's really handy is after bath play is over, you just scoop up all of the letters and numbers (see above) and you're done! $14
