Blueberry Yogurt Crunch
This makes a great snack when I am working on the computer, have very little time to prep, and I’m craving something sweet. But it’s actually healthy too! Yay - win, win!
1 cup of grass-fed yogurt (vanilla or plain)
a handful of organic blueberries
a handful of organic walnuts
a handful of grain-free granola
Mix all together and enjoy!
