The Paleo Green Smoothie (copycat Whole Foods recipe)

I called Whole Foods and asked what was in their “Paleo Green” smoothie, so I could make this at home. It’s soooo good, just put all of the ingredients into a blender and flip the switch. Just be sure not to add too much ice, or it gets runny -- It should be thick and creamy to drink.

Ingredients:

·      1 cup of coconut milk (unsweetened)

·      2 large handfuls of baby kale/baby spinach salad mix

·      ½ of a banana (cut up and frozen)

·      ½ cup of pineapple (cut up and frozen)

·      1 tbsp of almond butter

·      Ice, as needed (usually I put in about 6 small cubes)
